About us
Noah's Ark International, INC. is a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to providing a safe home and nourishing meals for orphan children and to fulfill their mental, physical, and educational needs through unconditional love and financial support. We are also a tax-exempt non-stock corporation of the state of Maryland.

Penninah (Penny) Myrtil, RN BSN
Founder & Executive Director
Penny is the founder of NAI. Her late father Pa Noah, wasn't rich but took in many children. Penny wishes to continue his legacy through Noah's Ark.
Rowland Noah
Associate Director
Rowland is the "eye on the ground" in Sierra Leone.

Fiona Gilpin-Macfoy
Director of Resource Development and Public Relations
Fiona works with the advisory board to plan and implement strategies for increasing the organization’s resources. She also handles all things public relation including social media.
